About Six Tables
Yes, there are literally only six tables in our
Dining Room, which makes for the most intimate, personal
dining experience available outside your own home. We can accommodate a
party of two at a table up to a party of eight at our largest table. For
private engagements, the dining room will hold up to 30 guests.
What's for Dinner
As the dinner hour approaches, your hostess will escort you to your
private table and start you off with a glass of champagne. An example of
the evening's six-course menu then unfolds:
1st Course: Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallop in a Curry Citrus Reduction and Leek Confit
2nd Course: Lobster Bisque finished with Sherry and Truffle
3rd Course: Crisp Hearts of Romaine with Six Tables Dressing
with Parmesan Crisps
Intermezzo: Homemade Mango Sorbet
4th Course: Entreé selections include:
Colorado Rack of Lamb rubbed with Herbs d'Provence, Roasted
Duckling a'lorange, Seared Black Grouper with Citrus Beurre Blanc,
Chateaubriand with Bearnaise, Wild Scottish Salmon Wellington,
5th Course: Port Wine with Poached Pear and Stilton Bleu
or Assorted Cheeses and Fruits
6th Course: Belgian Profiteroles flambee in Cointreau and
Grand Marnier and served
with fresh seasonal Berries

Cocktails, Fine Wines and More
Diners customarily arrive about 30 minutes before dinner to enjoy a
cocktail in the
Palm Lounge, outside on the Isabelle's deck, or on our spacious
Verandah cooled in the summer by elegant tropical fans. Just off the
Palm Lounge is the luxuriously appointed
Governor’s Room complete with a piano and fireplace. To
complement your dinner, Six Tables features a fine wine cellar, the
roots of which branch into carefully selected European vineyards.
